No its very good just dont eat a whole papaya cause that would get you fat!

no...papaya is very good for the digestion of proteins and fats. It is also very good for the digestive system and if you suffer from heartburn after eating. It contains lots of digestive enzymes

all fruits are healthy, in moderation.
on that note, you can also eat pretty much as much vegetables as you want, too, without having to worry about getting fat -- with the exception of nightshades & starches -- like potatoes, peppers, eggplants, corn and tomatoes.
