i once survived a day on only 5 oreos but i wouldn't do it cuz if you do and your body gets used to it and then you all of a sudden start to eat 4-5 meals a day in the end you will gain weight cuz your metabolism slows down. I have seen it happen to my sister in law she was as thin a twig and now she looks like a beached whale. Most of the time i eat all day everyday and i don't gain anything cuz of my awesome genetics but still don't do it or you will end up like my sister in law

It's actually healthier to eat 5 or 6 small meals instead of the normal 3 large meals every day. That way, your blood sugar is more even, and you don't get hunger pangs as much.

Eating one meal a day is not recommended.

I did it for three months straight, nothing went wrong with me.. I took a multivitamin though... its not how much you eat... its the nutrients, so as long as you get all your nutrients I think its okay... I have no time for meals - thats the reason though.. I'm not bulimic or anything, I usually eat a high carb high protien meal for my one breakfast I usually have (leftovers from my families dinner usually) If you do only eat one meal a day, make it breakfast because you burn more calories within the first two hours your awake than you do the whole day combined, so you can eat whatever you want, and have energy for your day... just snack on fruits later if you get hungry!

No Claire it isn't good to eat one meal a day but I only eat two meals a day and thats only if I'm in a good mood.

no see what happens if u eat 1 meal is that ur body thinks its starving so when u eat something it saves it and that means it's goin to turn straight into fat!!!so if ur looking to lose weight u should eat 6 SMALL meals a day(i know this cuz my dad is a certified personal trainer).

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Unless you want to gain weight and slow down your metabolism, and plunge yourslef into deppression. Eating one large meal a day can make you feel satisfied and happy right after you eat it, but in a matter of hours you will become cranky, hungry, lethargic, and all around miserable.

If you eat only one meal your body will think you can not get the nutrients it needs and store body fat. If you are trying to lose weight I'm sorry to say that your body is built to survive not look the way people think you are 'suppose to'.

I only eat 1 meal a day but its a big meal.and i'm 5'7 and 160 lbs and a male.
