Ciara DID get a sex change. She HAD both sexes. She doesn't now, no. She went on Oprah and told the world. She is now a female, and has been for some time. Yes She and Bow Wow split. I've heard that Bow wow slept with a stripper, I've heard she was with another man. I think it was Bow wow and the stripper. Now stop asking these questions. My sources are my friends who have an obsession with being popular and have to be updated on EVERYTHING.

No she didn't have a sex change. Bow Wow was seen in LA with a woman who is a stripper, somebody told Ciara and they broke up.

There was this lady and her ciara and she was a homo-fa dike and she went on Oprah and eveyone thought that it was the real ciara because she looked like the real Ciara. I'm not sure about Bow wow plus hes too short for her
