You might be able to ask your dentist about this. It might be a very simple matter to recontour some of the outer cusps on your teeth near the areas where you keep biting your cheeks. If you find that you are sucking your cheeks into your teeth, cut it out! This makes a raised line of tissue that is more susceptible to being bitten. Or, ask if there are signs that you are grinding your teeth and talk about getting a night guard if it is indicated. Many people who grind or clench their teeth create the same ridges that you are talking about and then they have trouble with biting their cheeks, just like you.

The previous answer about mild salt water rinse is as good advice as any to soothe it after you have already bitten your cheek. Also, as weird as this might sound, pinch your cheek between your finger and thumb (with one on the inside) in the area that you bit to flatten out the tissue a bit so that you won't be so likely to bite it again.

You're a cheek biter. There's really nothing you can do except if you want the dentist to do something witho your teeth. It will heal in a few days time. Don't worry about it, it's a common occurence. It happens to everyone sometime in our life.

swish salt water in your mouth, it will toughen the tissue. It happens to me too. Dont put any solution in your mouth though. Just clean salt water.

That's a hard habit to break, however it is common to bleed from an injury.
