Either way you go on this YOU are going to lose in the end.
Mom is going to cut you off for messing with her daughter, and YOUR best friend is probably going to lay hands on you for messing with his mom and his sister! You need to pick the one that means the most to you, and if you were smart that would be the friend, you can always get a piece of tail anywhere, a true friend is harder to find and even harder to keep.

You are responsible for your actions and what you do with your your own body, regardless of what others do and say.
If your best friends mom is married then her husband would (or should) be concerned.
To have sex with both her and his sister (her daughter) is at best unsafe and maybe unwise.
Sex and the use of it has consequences, think and act wisely.

ya definitly wrong, i mean if the tables were turned and you thought he was a friend that you could trust and would never do anything to hurt you, ya it is wrong and what goes around comes around, so you better know that your going to get cought on this one and your going to loose him as your friend, but it is your fault you could has said no, no matter the situation.

someone is bound to tell him what happened. That is kind of freaky you are hooking up with all those family members. If you are his real best friend you will be up front with him.

If one of my friends done something like that to one of my family members, I would not have nothing to do with that friend again. I don't care if they approached you or not, you should have had more respect for your friend than that.
