Ok... this will work but you have to follow it and you will not gain it back... it is also healthy! An example of your daily food intake would be: 8am eat 1/2 grapefruit or drink 6 oz. of 100% pure grapefruit juice (i've drank the tropicana ruby red, not from concentrate) 1 slice of whole wheat toast w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter, 10am-1 med. apple; Noon-1/2 grapefruit or grapefruit juice, 4 oz. chicken breast grilled or boiled, a side garden salad w/ 2 tbsp light dressing; 3pm: one 6 oz. yogurt, 6pm- 1/2 grapefruit or grapefruit juice, 1/2 cup tuna w/ 1 slice whole wheat toast, 1 cup steamed broccoli (no cheese), one orange. Make sure to fit in 8 glasses of water, and if you drink a beverage w/ caffeine, drink an extra glass of water because caffeine dehydrates definitely limit other drink comsumption (soda, juices, etc..). Try not to eat so much sugar substitutes because on some people they may slow the weight loss process, you also need to sleep early, this also has an impact on your body. You should do at least 30-45 min. of cardio a day and if you want to use weights space it at least every other day or two. Out of personal experience fast-paced walking is the best cardio, Tae Bo is also good, you burn a lot of calories doing that! You should lose at least 4-5 lbs. in one week. No carbs or starchy food after 6pm, if you get hungry after dinner, slice a small apple and spread a little bit of peanut butter, and drink a glass of water, it should calm your hunger pangs, but still make sure you don't eat at least 2 hours before sleeping. You have to sacrifice some cravings, but at least the results will pay off!!! Good Luck!

You can lose weight in a week, but you don't' want to lose more than 2 pounds in a week. Any more than that would mean that you were doing something that wasn't conducive to a realistic proper eating habit. From my experience, just cut back on your daily fat intake and start lifting some weights, not to bulk up, but just to tone and you will see dramatic results. I lost 54 pounds in 3 months. I think the cutting back on my fat intake really made the difference more than the working out. Try it. Hope you succeed!!

it actually is, but I really wouldn't advise it...HOWEVER, if you run like five miles a day, and eat nothing but fruits and vegatables and water, then you can lose about five to ten pounds of WATER WEIGHT> NEVER keep this up for more than like six days, and the loss won't be permanent, b\ut if you need to fit into a dress or whatever it works
