I started getting cellulite about a year ago. I'm not over weight and looked it up and found out it's not from eating the wrong thing or weight gain it's actually from dehydrated skin and veins. i couldn't find a way to get rid of it without expensive creams and lotions does anyone know a natural way of getting rid of it with out medications and creams? Please help i'm beginning to get very self-concious about it!

Exercise dear. It usually does wonder. Cellulite is more of unburned fat so you need to get circulation in those areas affected by cellulite. Creams and lotions never help, believe me I've tried. Heavy biking, running and all-around sweating profusely is the only known cure for cellulite. Or get a lyposuction procedure.... I'd rather exercise... cheaper and fun.

Different doctors that do things like laser surgery and botox now have a way to rid bodies of cellulite. It is called Velasmooth
here is the site http://www.americanlaser.com/vela_smooth.cfm

It does work.

stop looking at the scales and charts. if it looks like fat and feels like fat... its fat. exercise and concentrate on the soft areas. do not use big weights. the object is to firm the areas underneath not make them larger.
