While this seems like a strange question, because everyone's trip to Wal-Mart will be different, as it would to any other grocery-type store, especially when some Wal-Mart stores are the so-called "Super Stores" that also have automobile oil changes available while you're shopping (allows you to spend a lot more money while your car is in hock).
Other than that, you should be thinking about getting everything on your list, because it will be less expensive than most anywhere else except for the "loss-leaders" the competition stores will be advertising because of Wal-Mart. (Heaven knows what will happen to the prices when those other stores are gone, and it is just Wal-Mart left).
What you get on any regular visit to your local Wal-Mart just now are probably the cheapest prices around! for whatever product you need to buy. That could change once all the rest of the similar stores are out of business because of Wal-Mart's low cost competition. But we'll have to see about that later.
To more sucently answer your question, like what do I get on my regular visit to my local Wal-Mart--it's just about anything I need that I know will be "cheaper" than anywhere else--from groceries to hardware to cleaning products to clothing to auto products (like oil changes or additional automobile oil), whatever they have. You know!

I get everything at Walmart, toiletries, clothes, housewares, jewelry. I get some of my groceries there, but they don't have any meat or produce at my store, just some dairy, deli meats, and a lot of frozen meals. If they had better reduced fat, or light options, I'd do more of my grocery shopping there. It's way cheaper than CVS, or Walgreens, and with my employee discount, I get 10% off!

My wife is more of the homemaker than I am. She likes clipping coupons and going shopping. Lots of cereal, laundry soap, cat litter and food, rice, cheese, meat, Pantene, chicken, pizza. Whatever she gets. We've got it all pretty much for now.
