cramp, in the same place on my right side. Is there something wrong? Should we not have sex? Doggystyle is the only comfortable and enjoyable position for me right now, what should I do?

It's probably round ligament pain. Your ligaments are stretching out and cramping. Like when you over exert yourself and your side cramps. Or it's Braxton Hicks. Ask your doctor you don't want to take any chances. Doggy style was the only comfortable way for me too.

Your baby is well protected in the womb. There are no real dangers in having sex while you are pregnant. If you start bleeding afterwards then that would be a HUGE sign of a problem. I used to have some cramps after sex while I was pregnant too but it went away usually after about 30 minutes or so.

First off DON'T LISTEN TO THESE DIPSHITS telling you everything is not ok. Any pregnant woman can have sex all the way up until labor. You get stomache aches because since your pregnant now your uterus is thinner. During sex (most people don't know this) but you have contractions and since your uterus is now thinner due to pregnancy the effects of the sexual contractions are felt alot more. It's nothing to worry about and perfectly normal just make sure they don't last more than an hour or two.

No it's not wrong to do doggy style while pregnant but, maybe your partner is going too deep. So, if you're on all fours, maybe you should try standing up, leaning on something. I know it's gives him direct penetration but, right now, with the babies weight, and the baby taking up most of the capacity down there, it's best that you take some pressure off your body, and him as well.

Try riding him, while he's sitting up. It's comfortable for both of you guys.

Are u drinking enough fluids? mainly water. If not there's a lot of pressure, obviously, that will begin to take place in that area that can be eased with heavy water intake. Try drinking a lot of water, 8 glasses at least, the DAY before (the body needs at least 24 hrs to work out all the toxins) having sex doggy style, and you should feel a lot better.

It could be a Cramp from the positioning of your legs. You may not be able to do anything, but, you may pull your knees more under your body or out further . Not sure how to explain this. The next time pay attention to where you normally have your knees in relation to your stomach. Move them further out if you can still get stable support.

It might just be a mustle that cramps when moving in that position, the best thing to do is ask your doctor at your next visit and show them where the cramp is...............they are the only one that can say if you shouldn't be having sex anymore.

Definitely stop if it hurts. Although it sounds like a stretched ligament, very normal in many women. Try other positions or other places like a rocking chair. Takes a lot of the pressure off of the stomach.

Please have fun. It's good for you.

A friend of mine who recently had a baby told me her doctor advised her to stop having sex after 7 months. I have also read that having powerful orgasms can induce premature labor after 7 months. Maybe try the old doctor's adage... if it hurts, just don't do it?
