Good. Great actually. There is nothing wrong with being a virgin. I'm still a virgin and I'm 17 too. My boyfriend is 22 and he's a virgin. Think of all the things you don't have to worry about. . .like getting your girlfriend pregnant or getting a STD. There is NOTHING wrong with being a virgin one of this days your buddies are going to regret having sex. You still have that special gift to give your girl. Don't waste your first time!
As a girl and as a teen I have so much more respect for the girls and guys who HAVE kept their virginity. Being a virgin means that you have self control in situations others have given into. Congratulations to you. Celebrate your virginity while you have it, there is nothing shameful about being a virgin.

I think it is really good because me being a 17 yr old girl who is also still a virgin would rather have sex with a virgin, because I wouldn't have to worry about std's or anything. I would actually like it if there were more guys out there that are still virgins. I think it is a very good thing....no worries some girls think it is sexy.(like me).....lol

That is great. don't worry what other people might say. I think that you should just wait for the right girl or when you and that special girl get married. a lot of guys your age get pressured into having sex because that is what there friends are doing or at least that's what they think. Sometimes is someone calls you weird or stupid for still being a virgin just remember people like to talk. If your friend say or someone else says "hey you should really lose your virginity everyone is having sex" remember it is just hear - say people say they are because they want to be popular but having sex can have its consequences and the popular people are the people who don't have sex until they are married.

I'm 16 and unfournatly i am not but i really wish i was. To still be a virgin is a great thing. I think it shows a great deal of self respect,and self well whatever it is when you don't do what everone else is doing. You know not going with the flow and just being your own person with your own values. You should not be ashamed at all. If i was you i would be proud. Just think of all the dangerous infections and STD's that you are not putting yourself at risk to. Best wishes and good luck.

How can you ask that? Of course it's good! It's so rare nowadays... I appreciate very much when boys (or girls) are still virgins even as a late teen or young adult. I'm very glad you were able to wait- it's much better than doing it earlier because you would've regretted it! Good for you! NO its not bad at all,its good to still have your virginity.Because when u lose it u will never get it back.So be patient and wait for that special girl and trust me she will love the fact that u are a virgin.

most girls that i know would personally would love to marry a virgin or either be with one because it means that they will be each others first if marriage was to come or that while in a relationship with them they wouldn't feels as pressured to have sex if they didn't want to. Most girls feel pressure to have sex if their b/f has had sex. And if they don't have sex their b/f will brek up with them. I think it's sooooooo much better to have a b/f who is a virgin.

It is a very GOOD thing! Save yourself for marriage. You won't have to worry about STD's or getting someone pregnant. Also, it will be the best gift you could give your future wife.
