No because actual space (3 dimensions) has a time component as a 4th dimension; space-time is a single component and one cannot exist without the other. When (and if) the universe existed as a singularity (all the matter of the universe in a single point) there was neither curvature nor time.

Whether ordinary (three dimensional) space is curved depends on the choice of coordinates, i.e. depends on which subset of points in spacetime is defined as "now". It's always possible to construct a curved subspace even in a flat space - for example the surface of a sphere in Euclidean space. Likewise, it's possible to carve out a spacelike three dimensional subspace which is curved even when the four dimensional spacetime containing it is not.
In Schwarzchild coordinates (which are commonly used for a fixed gravity source like the sun) ordinary three dimensional space defined by t=constant is curved. In other words the angles of a triangle drawn in space at one instant in time could be very slightly different from 180 degrees.
But there's no practical way to demonstrate this directly experimentally. That pure space curvature has almost no easily measurable effects except for light or objects travelling close to the speed of light. For light the spatial curvature exaggerates the bending effect of gravity. For an ordinary object like a planet, or a ball tossed into the air, etc., the distance traversed in space is negligible in comparison with the distance traversed in time (vt << ct) so the spatial variation in the timelike component of the metric is much more important.
