The letters I have sent take about 11 days. My mom's card to my daughter came from Phoenix to Vienna in 9 days.

Approximately five days. You should always write "Air Mail-Par Avion" on letters sent overseas just to be sure that they are carried quickly. Sometimes, if you don't write it the letters take three or four weeks to make it somewhere overseas.
