Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

I don't think peanut butter causes acne. Chocolate does, in some cases. As well as Tomatoes.

Huh, I'm not sure, although that is a good question (and possible theory). I myself eat peanut butter regularly (at least once a week, especially for school lunch), and haven't found my pimples to increase.
Many people (and skincare companies) claim food doesn't impact your skin, but I believe having a healthy, balanced diet and drinking heaps of water can improve your skin's condition, as good foods contain more nutrients, many needed for skin repair, maintenance, etc.

nothing causes acne don't believe any of that. Just eat what you like wash your face and use proactive or any other acne medicine that works for you.

It has a lot of calories and can contribute to that, yes, in addition to the oils. I usually break out when I eat a lot of peanuts. Remember that what you put in your body has to come out somewhere.

No way, it does have vegetable oil in it but that doesn't cause acne.
