James Riddle "Jimmy" Hoffa (February 14, 1913 - on or about July 30, 1975) was a noted American labor leader with ties to the Mafia. As the President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters from the mid-1950s to the mid-1960s, Hoffa wielded considerable influence. He is also well-known in popular culture for the mysterious circumstances surrounding his still-unexplained disappearance and presumed death.

James R.(Riddle) Hoffa was a Union Blue Collar Worker Leader of the IBT(International Brotherhood of Teamsters) or the Teamsters(which I myself am a member of at just 18). Jimmy Hoffa was a hell of a fighter for standing up for the small man's rights. I respect the hell out of him even if I was an IBT/Teamster member. He was sturn and had a temper but was an amazing, well deserving-respecting man. Unfortunately he had his faults..He became heavily involved in Mafia ties to my understanding which might have led to his disappearance on July 30 of 75' at Red Fox restaurant In Detroit Michigan(I do not know if the restaurant is still in business, if anyone does please notify me).To this day the where-a-bouts of Hoffa is unknown. I would love for them to find our eternal leader's remains so he can finally Rest peacefully.

President of the Teamsters Union he dissappeared back in the late 60's or early 70's they never found his body.
