I got an used computer and the person before me delted the main user account? How do I fix this?

go to control panel and choose to change your adminstative options....

If there is no account on the computer that has administrative rights, then you are probably looking at formating the drive and reinstalling Windows. (Hopefully you got the disk and serial number with the PC).

ok STOP before you go reformatting your computer.....Windows by default will not allow you to delete all the administrator accounts, so there is one somewhere. really fast answer, restart your computer in safe mode(using F8), there will be an account named Admin or Administrator...go in there, change your account to computer adminitrator. if you have questions or i left something out, email me.
