My GF is really kinky and fun and I usually go along with everything she wants to do, but I am a little scared at this one. She wants to tie me up, (hands, maybe more) while I am naked and take me out in public and tease me and have fun scaring me. Can I get arrested for being naked in public if I am tied up and with the person that tied me up or is she the one that gets in trouble for taking me out in public?

It's called "INDESCENT EXPOSURE" and, yes, it's breaking the law and Both of you will go to jail...her for being a conspirator. Don't put yourself in that situation, dude...it's a recipe for sure disaster along with humiliation! Besides, where will the cameras be rolling????

It's called indecent exposure and yes you can get in trouble for it. How would you feel if a child walked past and seen something like that? Keep it in the bedroom.

Yikes, the possibilities... only you might get arrested, both of you may get arrested, a bad gang of guys might do something to you or the both of you... Or worst, a little old lady might pepper spray your girlfriend and beat her up thinking she is saving you.
