and download where it says SMIREM.EXE and dont do nething else in that site jus smitrem.exe and there are instruction how to use smitrem jus follow it and restart the comp if the issue is not resolved mail me on hansoravijay@yahoo.co.in and i m vijay and i work for DELL comp for spyware and viruses dept..

first off look for an UNINSTALL as part of a program you want to remove - failing that CONTROL PANEL., ADD remove programs and run that.
Some programs still remain in parts and can best be found by doing a search using the program name on your PC and to a later degree editing the registry but this is tricky for the inexperienced. Check the PC for folders which contain the program AFTER doing first options - and delete - programs like Norton should be then used to clean up the missed files.
Think twice before adding programs of which you are unsure especially free or trial ones - stick to known names otherwise you can get loads of trouble.

Go to control panel and click add and remove ,if you havnt already tied this click on what you want removed and it should disapear ,other than that depending on when you down loaded it go to restore and go back to before it was loaded .
