I don't know. When I was 14 and had stitches (not the disintegrating type), I wanted to play sports so much, I ripped them out and just started playing. Today, I have a nice 4 inch scar on my hand. Don't do what I did. Keep it clean and don't let dirt get in it. Change the wrapping daily and keep moist. But then again, what do I know.

generally the sutures won't be removed until there is good adhesion of the epidermis as well as the dermis. but still I wouldn't advise you to allow too much stress on that area for a little while at least.

There are generally no special instructions. Keep it clean & dry & try not to cut yourself again.

Keep it clean and dry. You might want to apply antibiotic cream and a bandage. And try not to bump it.

generally just keep it clean, and return to see your doctor every time he wants you to, and take his advice....
