Hi ,
First , some background : Epson's printers are differentiated by region. For the same printer , each region has different model names , but inside them they are the same.
Since you post yr question on Yahoo Anwsers Singapore, I assumed that you brought yr printer from the North America region to Singapore . ( pls correct me if I am wrong )
In this case , you should download the drivers from Epson America (www.epson.com) You can go to this link :
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid=14409&prodoid=22966687&infoType=Downloads&platform=Windows
Just choose the operation system you used ( whether Windows or Machintosh ) and download the correct drivers.

Try a search engine looking for "Epson Photo 820, drivers". I found some sites that have downloads for you.

Go to this link and select Download this file by signing up for your free account. http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?action=download&driverid=189750&qtxs=ndz&from_ums=1
Enter the letters in the download verifacation.
Download destination will be your hard drive.
If you wish to burn the files to CD I suggest you create a folder and save the files. If not then choose open.

You ALWAYS want to check the companies web site for the most recent set of drivers. The drivers that come with the printer may already be out of date.
Try this link:
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid=14409&prodoid=22966687&infoType=Downloads&platform=Windows

Sometimes you don't need the disk. You computer may detect it and install it for you or advise you on how to install it.
