Masturbation is very normal. It won't hurt her in any way. As a matter of fact it's beneficial to a guy or girl's sexual well being. It's also the best way for a 13 year old to discover sexuality and remain a virgin.

It shouldn't hurt her at all, unless her finger is dirty and creates an infection. She might also break her hymen, which could create temporary pain and bleeding.
This is perfectly normal at her age and you shouldn't worry about it, unless she tries some truly dangerous things to masturbate.

First of all masturbation is not gross. Picking your nose might be.
What are you worried about. I think vagina is the word you're looking for. If she is masturbating without causing serious damage to her vagina then leave her alone. Masturbating is very personal and chances are it is done for pleasure not pain.

its okk, 50 percent of girls do it and nearly 100 percent of boys do it, its a natural thing. It used to be thought of as damaging in the old days but now its been proven to be healthy scientifically.

hahaha no it will not she just has to watch out for germs on her hands and fingers but she could turn out to be a sex crazed slut later on I do not know how bad she is on that or boys
but for now she could be doing worse by messing with boys and getting pregnant but there is no way she can by herself
