ok i need to no what an ohio is,.. and the point system.. i need all the rules for wrestling cuz everytime im on the mat the ref blows his whistle and i lose cuz of multiple fouls...so i need to no stuff asap

Alright...i might be able to help you...i am a wrestler and only got one year to go...here's what i can tell you - first : an ohio is another name for some move...each school has a different name for certain moves...i'm from WI and i got no clue what an ohio is...second : if you take somebody to their hands and knees...and are behind them...you get two points. If they get away from you and stand up...they get one point. If you put them close to their back...you get 2 points for 3 seconds and 3 points for 5 seconds. If you pin them (both shoulder blades down) you win the match...and your team gets 6 points. If you do something illegal...you are warned once...if you do it again...your opponent gets a point...after 3 penalty points...you forfeit. If you do something outrageous (ref's choice) like swear, punch, argue with the ref, you will either give a point to your opponent or be kicked out of the match if not the tournament (in other words "bad idea"). If you win by 7 or less points...your team gets 3 points...If you win by 8-14...your team gets 4 points...if you are ahead by 15 points...the matched is stopped...you win...and your team gets 5 points...if you pin your opponent...you win and your team gets 6 points. The last thing i have to say...is if you are as lost as i think you are...you NEED TO TALK TO YOUR COACH! Hopefully you have a good one...best of luck.
