well if Bush really wanted to catch him... he would devote the majority of the Army to doing so... but clearly Iraq is more important to him... since we have 5 times the troops in Iraq than are in Afghanistan...
But, just because he hasn't did anything in a while, it doesn't mean he's not a threat... that's a bit of a fools trap to fall into...
but that's clearly not stopping you and the Republicans from doing it...

As a staunch supporter of our country and it's tactics, for the most part, I am convinced that in the long run, our methods and reasons benefit us as a whole. However, I suspect you might be partially correct. Don't take that as bashing of our country or president. Bin Laden took it upon himself to go to Afghany land. We didn't make him, no one 'sent' him there. Aid and training have fuzzy lines between them. Bin Laden IS a serious threat, but not a rouge agent. For whatever reason we may be in Iraq today, whether oil or terrorism, or both, we do need to be there. It is my hope that Iraq and Afghanistan are merely stepping stones to the unavoidable, Iran. A TRUE enemy and threat. It is perhaps wise to take small measures to creep up on this threat, and what better way than to be knocking at the front and back door of Iran by being in Iraq and Afghanistan?

Middle Easterners seriously need to take a course to improve their writing skills. To be blunt, they just ramble incoherently.
Did you ever hear excerpts from the letter the President of Iran sent to Bush? It sounded like it was written by a High School freshman on drugs. The letters written by Osama and his deputies are even worse. They follow no logical pattern of thought. It's like they took a bunch of disassociated ideas and put them into a blender.
Of course Bin Laden is the real enemy. It is regrettable that we had to arm and train the Afghans to fight the Soviets back in the 1980s. However, we were fighting the scourge of Communism, a war we eventually won. Now Bush is fighting Islama-fascism, and if we stop handcuffing his efforts, we'll win this battle also.

Yes I do think he is the real enemy along with a couple million more bin laden Jr's. The reason we haven't caught him yet is because he is hiding in a country that we have not been allowed to go into. If we go in anyway we will have to fight another country not to mention all the u.s. citizens who will be crying "see, see, we're just trying to take over the whole world"

I look forward to seeing Bin Laden captured one of these days and when that happens I hope the Marines yell at him about how much Allah is not there to protect him from the wrath of the American people, and I want him forced to use rolls of toilet paper made from recycled pages of the Koran.
