I have this one ***** of a supervisor....I have said hello to her several times and she wont answer. Is this a power thing for Her? I keep on saying it just to bug her.!!!

Yeah..it is probably a power thing. I know my supervisor feels that is isn't appropriate to associate outside of work, but she always says hello and asks how my family is and stuff. How long has ur supervisor been a supervisor? If she got promoted recently that would explain the attitude.

Go out of your way to say hello. As you pass her, lean in like you're going to touch her arm like an old acquaintance. Say, 'Hi. How've you been?'. Go at her with happy crap like that, it will really piss her off, but she won't know why.
Shove so much sunshine up herass that she'll be exhaling UV rays. Nothin' like mind games to keep the job from eating away at your pancreas.

Welcome the world of A$$HOLES! It blows me away how rotten people are! I had a co-worker key my car and burn it inside once and my boss wouldn't accept that she would do such a thing! This woman went as low as pulling down her pants and doing her business in front of another co-workers car door so when she got out of work-yep- she stepped in it! That is just disgusting but that just goes to show you the mentality of the wonderful world we live in! Let's hope your boss wont stoop to those levels but don't discount it either.

I would stop saying hello and ignore her COMPLETELY. I bet she will come around and make the move to speak to you first. If not, who cares, she is a B*TCH anyway. LOL
