they air. How can I delete these settings? I don't want to record these shows, but I can't figure out how to stop them. Please help!

Press the DVR button ( Dish on Demand is above the button)
Press number 1 or select My Recordings with cursor
Move cursor to Schedule on the right side of screen and press select
Move Cursor to Timers on the right side of screen and press select
A list of the shows being recorded will appear
Get cursor on one of the shows and press Select
Move cursor to Delete and press Select
A box will appear asking if you want to delete these timers
Press Select button if you want to delete the timer or select Cancle or No if you do not want to remove a time.
