Vacation spots depend on the traveler. Personally, I go to Las Vegas often - because it's close by, I have friends who live there, and there's a million things to do there! I'm not a big gambler, but there's some amazing entertainment there, some of the best shopping in the world, and lots of insanely cool restaurants. If you go, try to get off the strip a bit - there's so much more to Las Vegas than those few miles of Las Vegas Boulevard. Best hotel in Vegas right now is the South Coast, located several miles south of McCarran airport, so off the main strip. Opened around Christmas of 2005, it's beautiful, clean, and state-of-the art. Bowling, movies, equestrian center, good restaurants, and beautiful rooms - try it! AND, it's less expensive than the other strip hotels! Have a great time!

acadia national park in maine is one of the best and most inexpensive places to visit. I highly recommend camping there for at least one night. watching the sunset and/or sunrise from the top of cadillac mountain is one of the most amazing things a person can experience.

depending on how long your vacation is .. I would suggest thailand .. it is probably the most welcoming country in the world it has pristine beaches fine mountains hot springs easy transportation and the monetary exchanchge is great 38 baht to the dollar .I would suggest pattaya for night life and lovely ladies Phuket for the same and great beaches , the north for mountains thai massages and wonderful people the cost of accomadation is about 5.00$ aday .. bangkok is fabulous.. temples Bars, great nitelife

I always enjoy Myrtle Beach, SC. Lots of stuff to do and very affordable. Beautiful beaches and warm temps for ocean swimming through October. Check out the link, and search for myrtle beach, you will not be dissappointed
