with that discription she can go wild with whatever shade she wants!! get creative, try some bright colors like hot pinks and oranges. get even more funky and do a french style manicure with two wild colors like purple and turquoise or pink and red. you could also try some funky deckles to put on the big toe which can be found at any dollar or box store for a couple of bucks. just remember to use a base coat to protect your nails from staining and a top coat to protect from chipping.

but, for summer, a pretty bubble gum pink on her nails would look great with her new hair and eyes!!

should go for a natural look da blends in wid skin colour, mayb da french would work best, or a nice creamy colour, or hot red, definitely not blu n blak or green etc..

its more of a skin tone thing and what kind of look she's going for. when in doubt, a french or sheer color works well. Try cool reds or bronze too...
