and right below where it says view 360 page it says other people cannot view your page. I allready set it for public, but it still appearing like that. Can someone check for me if you can view it and if not how can I adjust it?

I too had the same problem and today only figured out how to do it.
When you are logged in Yahoo! Answers (yes you have to be logged in). Click on MY Q&A. It is available in the same bar as 'Search for questions:', just after Advanced.
Now you will see your nick name, email address etc, below that you can see 'Public view of my profile - Edit My Info'
Click on Edit My Info, on that page below 'Communications' and before 'About me', you will find Sharing. Tick check box in front of
Show link to my Yahoo! 360 page.
Don't forget to click on 'Preview' and then 'OK'
Now others can see your 360 for all those sections which you have marked as 'Public' in your 360.

I don't see it. I think you have to wait like 24 hours before the site accepts the change or something like that.
