which muscles do i need to work on to be able to dunk ( i need about 8 more inches of vertical leap) and how do i work on them?

OK I know the last 2 ppl didn't help. Don't do soccer especially if you live in the US I mean.... just don't (Earl Boykins is 5' 5" and he plays for the Nuggets, he is the leading scorer for bench players and a lot of good guys get benched). If your 10 or under don't worry about it, but if you are over 10 the you gotta work you're calves here's a site for that http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/CalfWt.html your Achilles tendon (you can only stretch that to make it stronger, basically sit down and touch your toes ) and then do squats for upper leg strength. Good luck, also get a lot of sleep (9 hrs or so a night) to grow tall trust me Its the best way to grow taller.

wutz ur height ????!!!!how old r u???!!!damn!!!....everyday sit & stand bout 400 times...u'll get muscles on ur legs..they'll help u jump higher....i'm only 14 5 foot 9 inch...and i can dunk..damn!!

practice dude!!! Squats also help.The muscle behind the knee gives you lift...by the way.
