I have some really good ideas.
And i want them to be made, and such.
But i want to get part of the profiit.
So where can i submit them?

I have no way to make them.
I cannot afford a sewing machine at mah age.
My mom does not have one either.
All i have is it drawn on paper.

You can silkscreen it onto a t-shirt, but be careful of who you send those designs to; I read a story once of how this girl's design was ripped off by a major clothes store.

Get your own website domain and start your own business. All you have to do for now is put your designs on the website and put a bunch of different t shirts and t shirt colors that people can choose from and when someone orders a shirt with the design on it, then you get it made. You can go to a print shop or another company to get the actually designs put on them. Or you can buy a decent printer and they actually sell t shirt transfer paper and you can print to this paper and it actually irons on the shirts it works awesome

Make some prototypes using Iron on sheets and your PC. Mail what ever your create to yourself, but do not open the envelope.
Make a few samples and send then to some novelty shops. If all gos well, get a free consultation with an attorney for advise.

What do you desire the agency to do with them? purchase them from you. Print them for you. Host the designs for you. sell the designs on shirts and supply you a value. a sprint greater advice is needed for an answer.

Sell them thru CafePress. You can get a free shop, or one with a lot more options at about 5.00 per month. They print on demand.

Why not try to build your own web site and sell them on that. 100% for you and not split between u & the middle man
