Dreams, I have found, are the subconscious minds way of dealing with unresolved issues. Perhaps you have some unresolved sadness or hurts, as I share your propensity for dreaming I am crying and suffered a few tragedies in my past. I don't make a big deal out of it when I wake up, but I do find that afterwards I don't feel exactly great for a few hours. Try to come to terms with your pain, and embrace it rather than saying "oh how awful, I am feeling pain". This is called awfulizing your emotions and it is counter-productive, one should embrace and own their feelings and accept the fact that they are having an emotion as it is all part of life, and it too will pass.

It generally means that you are hurting about something and your subconscious is releasing the hurt in a different way than normal......Don't worry about it, life is but a dream.......

i had a dream that i was crying alot. i had tatoos on my back marking each man i had killed on the battle field.
i wouldnt read into dreams too much

maybe it could be something in your past that has happened, or something in your childhood growing up.

dream is but a dream...somtimes they show wat ur afraid of...r u afraid of crying or showin ur emotions
