I got married but, we did not stay together for long only 11 months, I was pregnant at the time of marriage. When we parted their was bitterness, I was told that I was the only one who wanted to get married and there are people who say that my ex is gay. He is irresponsible and wants to get money from my family when we were together and he told me that he was just forced to marry me because I was pregnant and even said he doesn't like having sex with me. he is 10 years older than me.

The reasons I know of for an annulment are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, extreme duress, mentally unstable, under age, and the marriage not consummated. I would say duress may apply, but why not talk to a lawyer or if you cannot afford one try legal aide.

if you had sex with him at any time after the marriage ceremony what you need is a divorce.
