How do u keep it clean and sanitized? My mom wants to know before she lets me get it pierced...

you clean the outside twice day with a liquid unscented antibacterial soap (such as dial) and water.
You clean the inside with an antiseptic non-alcoholic mouth wash, you must rinse with the mouth wash after every time you eat or smoke, and after you drink anything other then water for 6 weeks.

best to talk to the person at the shop before you get it done
also when i got my bellybutton pierced they said never use alcohol because its a puncture wound

when i pierced my lip myself i cleaned it with alcohol and peroxide....it worked fine

ummm...don't do it at all...just get a mohawk instead, that what I did...why...cause hair can grow back...
