There is no Millersville in NJ.
There is a Millville, which is in Cumberland County at the southern end of the state.

There is a Millersville in Pennsylvania, which is part of the University of Pennsylvania. It is in the same comference with schools from NJ. Millersville is right outside Lancaster.

Probably somewhere in N J. Get yourself a map and look it up. Shouldn't be that hard to do.
