First of all consult a doctor it may be a fatal problem but it is not cause to worrie. Secondly, Bear in mind that this type of pains are parts of sports person. This is acctually not pain instead this is hardening of muscles in punjabi we call it "Khallee". To accomodate newer work pressure muscle gets develop itself that causes the pain. Don't worrie at all, if pain persists take a rest for 1-2 days or take high callorie food. Don't overlook the first fact.

Pulled groin muscle.
Put ice on it and the pain will begin to subside in about a week or two.
Use pain killers if you need it.

sounds like something internal vs internal; my advice, see someone soon... you may also need a neurologist.
