I have mp3 files I want to add to a podcast and they ask for a rss or xml file and I dont know what I need to do to get that set up can anyone help me?

Yea you could do this by simply immitating the RSS structure.

You have to immitate a syntax similar to this:



Sasse Podcast
http://www.mywebsite.com
Your free podcast

Song1
http://www.site.com/song1.mp3
Oh... Song 1 from Album2


Song 2
http://www.site.com/song2.mp3
Oh... Song 2 from Album2




As you see thats the struture of RSS, take a look at the website below for detailed instructions on RSS. I don't know what the filetype of the podcast is but you just replace the link to the link of the pod cast!

You can make it all automatic if you know a bit of programming.

You can do this with the free service XQuery the Web and create an XML feed from any web page using the XQuery language. If you are not already familiar with XQuery, the XQuery language is not that complex but you might have to spend some time to first to discover that language. See:
