Pills for your back pain are painkillers. The pills are addressing the symptoms and not getting through to the cause of it. So it is helpful to know the length of time you have the pain, and an idea of a likely event.that started the pain. Be alert to the type of painkillers and the likely effects on your health, as is the case with most pain killers. It is good to ask your doctor for more information. Treatments by the chiropractor will relieve your sufferings from possible cause of misalignment and poor posture, while massage may be helpful to inadequate circulation to the pain Yes, accupuncture is slow, and may take a longer time even with the right diagnosis. Take control of the pain with the right information and remedy. Doctors and other professionals may not be entirely right, in the case of pain relief as they have come with the right solutions.

The medications you are now taking is inadequate to reduce the pain. Joint pain, should, neck, wrist, forearm, back pain and the likes are still very much still in experimentation for the right formula on pain. As I am not at doctor, I shall not recommend any medication; except providing a true relief to restoring your health. When any relief for the body to heal itself is better than none at all, you are welcome to try my 3-day topical cream for a few dollars for a possible miracle. What have you got to lose? The only problem is a delay for the cream to arrive and the need to get more people with pain on board to test out the formula over three month period. For your guidance, I am following reliefs for injuries or disorder from repettive work and forced motion.

I was hit by a drunk driver about two years ago and she really did a number on my back. I underwent physical therapy for three months including chiropractic care. I got massages and took pills. Chiropractors will often make you feel better then and there but they are not a long term fix. Pills help the symptom (i.e. pain) but not the problem. Depending on what caused your injury there are different options available. A physician will know best. In my case it made matters worse because I was "blessed" with large boobs. I hate it and cannot wait to get a breast reduction. I have also lost some weight and that helped too. See the doctor and if you think you are becoming dependent than stop taking them now while its just a question and not a full blown problem. That is what I did. The minute I started relying on them I quit using them.

Go see a massage therapist!!! Massage is AMAZING... (i promise...) you can also go see a doctor, but you'll probably get more relief from massage. usually back pain comes from muscular problems.... sometimes, a chiropractor and massage together is the best... but don't start poppin pills... that won't fix the problem.... i would recommend Pamprin, however. it is an OTC med, usually used for menstrual cramps.. but i've found it works wonders for back pain.. i told a guy friend of mine to use it, and he won't use anything else..

Well, besides seeing a good chiropracter, I have found that using the low back machine for low back pain or the lat pulldown for upper back pain helps me. I put the machines on about 1/2 the weight that I could normally do (we don't want to cause more back pain!) Lifting the weights stretches the back out, kind of like traction.
If nothing helps, ask your doctor to send you to physical therapy: they may use ultrasound and TENS on you as well as giving you exercises to do.

A chiropractor is a good start but I found that can only get you so far. Without proper lubrication of the spine it will not stay flexible. I use a patented glucosamine supplement that stopped the lower back pain I have had for years.

I see a chiropractor often, and only take pain killers at night when it is neccessisary. Get a precription in your name, tell friends and family to watch you (so you do not get addicted), and only take them at night when you go to sleep. During the day I find Advil is amazing, and gets rid of back pain. Try these. Your post is short and doesn't really explain much, but I hope this helps.

First find out why your back hurts? Did you get injured? Try massage, Chiropractic, physical therapy, change in your posture or even your bed or the way you sleep.
