what is the best, is it router, switch, hub, or only NIC or are there any other equipments?

You need a router to connect multiple computers to the internet.

To keep the cost down- just get a basic DSL Router- most have a 4 port hub built in, they will "hide" the true number of machines from your provider, incase they charge per connection, plus keep most of the internet from roaming in and looking at your files. If you need more connections, just add a switch to the router on the lan side...
This is the quickest and probibly cheapest, plus pretty safe...

I use Linksys Router to hook up two computers, and its pretty good.
