Poor performance by Brazil. France played a great game. Not only because they won, but also because Brazil, with all those great players they have, didn't threaten them much -- they started to wake up only towards the end. Too late!

I am very dissapointed with Brazil because they have the potential to play way much better than they did during this game. This is not the Brazil I know, this was some team who did not want to win, that tried nothing to win, that just stood there without doing anything. The results, France wins once again. France is good, but Brazil is better. Unfortunately, this is something they could not prove during this game. They played horribly, therefore France deserved to win.

I am Argentinean and I went to the argie site of yahoo answers, and there were all the questions from the brasilians:
"how come Argentina is so bad at football that they are out of the world cup...hahaha" and things like that...
WELL let me tell y´all: AT LEAST WE WERE BEATEN IN THE PENALTIES; WHEN WE DID NOT HAVE OUR MAIN GOALIE PLAYING, Germany (who´s much much stronger than France!) could not win us during the game... as a matter of fact, we were winning for most of the second half...
INSTEAD Brasil was beaten by FRANCE, who everyone was saying had a lousy team (I think they did really well though and they played very intelligently!!)...
HA HAHA HAHA IN YOUR FACE BRASIL!!!! Normally I would not react like this, but it was so hateful to see all the posts of the brasilians making fun of us on Friday...
I hope FRANCE wins the world cup!!!

I AM REALLY VERY HAPPY WITH FRANCE WIN.Because Brazil won the previous matches without playing well and Brazil never deserve to win but FRANCE is.

I cannot beleive that Brazil, with such good players at that, would lose to a country full of wankas. I mean really! France, of all places! (Bunch o' frogs if ya ask me.) It'll be Germany from now on.

Well.. I wanted brazil to win... desperately after argentina lost.. it was south america's only hope .. but i i knew they were gonna lose, because they hadn't been playing too well these past few games.. it was not meant for brazil to win this cup, sadly :(
