Male guinea pigs have good sized testicles which you can see because they usually hang down. Females have two teats on the bottom of her stomach on either side. Males have no teats and females genitalia are smaller.

If you want to tell a male guinea pig from a female guinea pig you can press near the area and if something comes out then it's a male. Females have a "v" shape. The website below has some great pictures at different ages, use it as a guide.

I assume you want to distinguish a male guinea pig from a female. Gently press on the pig's stomach...if you see a penis pop out, it's a boy.

If she's an 8 inch furry animal on four legs? Guinea pig.
If she's a bipedal human being? Girl

a female guinea pig has a y-shaped opening. in a male press above the gential area and a penis should pop out.

I really don't know cause both of mine have buck teeth!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you meant ........from a boy. And really I have no idea but would like to know so I can start calling mine something besides Pig-Pig!!!!
