Don't do any things risky.
Until you are old enough you need to move and live with your families.
I answered this question because today I had a phone concersation with my best friend from my teen years. We went to school together ages 13-17, then my parents moved me to california. Over the years we have kept in contact via letters, phone calls, visits. Now we have email and yahoo messanger.
She lives on the east coast me on the west coast. Our friendship has transended over the years. We have gone through a great deal of trials , ups and downs with each other. Even if you never see each other again (you probably will) you can remain close through thick and thin. Get web cams and you guys will be fine

oh here is a cool idea. When I moved my friend gave me a small bottle of dirt from where I was moving from. She asked me to empty out the dirt in California to symbolize our friendship. When I got there I made the decision to just put out a small amount of dirt because I had the feeling I would be doing more moving. Which indeed I did. I still have my little dirt ceremony whenever I move. It is a still a memory from such a dear friend. We are now 56 years old. And still tight as ever.
Hang in there with your move, life will continue to suprise you with amazing exeriences. And right next to you, your dear friend will be whether or not you live close to each other.

first of all, why is she moving? if it's for her good, then don't complicate things by asking her to stay.

if you really want her to stay, then maybe, throw a party, wherein you highlight all things she will be missing when she leaves.

if you're nasty, flatter the tires of her car or something. hehe
