Napoleon Dynamite is THE STUPIDEST movie ever! I can not see how any one likes that movie.
As for the dumbest show, I'd say, The Chelsea Handler Show.

Harold and Kumar go to White Castle. That movie is the the most absolutely DISGUSTING thing I've ever seen. It is not worth your time – and definitely not your money.
