I can leave from any city in Western Europe. Just trying to find a cheapest way to get there.
Thanks.

By taking the ferry boat, which takes about 15-17hours from Italy to Greece, u will have to pay about 200-300euros for a one-person cabin. You may also buy, the airplane-type seat ticket which costs about 80euros and finally you can get a deck ticket for 30-40euros. The last two options are not suggested because the journey is long and you ll be tired! The first one too, cause is kinda expensive. You may take an Air France plane, and fly from Paris to Athens for about 300euros (return included). You will find the cheapest airfares for Greece, at Alitalia and Aegean Airlines. I do NOT suggest the Olympic Airlines, they are not safe any more. Anyway, have a good voyage!

You can fly between many major cities in Europe for $100 each way if you book here through europebyair.com. You must purchase tickets from the U.S. It's the airline version of a eurail pass and includes ferries between Italy and Greece. I highly recommend them. The other cheap way is to go to a 'bucket shop' in London for tickets.

There are a number of inexpensive airlines now, although it's June so will be more expensive than October-April. Or you can take a train to Brindisi, Italy, then a ferry to Patras, Greece.
