Pisces is ruled by Neptune (God of the Sea), which governs illusions and escapism. Alcohol is a form of escapism and causes illusions. Not all Pisceans just go with the flow, some will fight the current to be their ultimate self. And yes Pisces is where the saying came from 'drink like a fish'.

I'm a Pisces & I don't like too drink at all. If anything I think that it's geminis & virgos that drink a lot. But that's just my opinion.

Actually it's because pisces have what is called an "addictive personalilty"
This being said....
Pisces are the most likely/prone to be alcoholics out of all the zodiac because they also love to escape...
Once they find something..whether it be drugs or alcohol...that make them feel better..and escape "reality" in a sense...they tend to become addicted to it
This is not to say that all Pisces are alcoholics...but it is very likely that every single pisces will have an addiction to something...be it drugs, alcohol, or even shopping...

Because Pisces is one of the signs prone to addiction. They can get addicted to anything, but almost cirtainly it's usually bad habits they pick up, like drinking, smoking and drugs.

i drink every now and then but majority of the time i dont like to drink alcohol. I only do it on special occasions. I hate cigarettes, i smoke weed once a month and really don't like that but my boyfriend and friends try to get me to do it. The only addiction i have is shopping.
