best accounting software?

I am buying a small exsistind business (sandwich / catering shop). What is the best software for accounting? I'm finding conflicting reviews on MYOB, MICROSOFT, QUICKBOOKS and PEACHTREE.

I highly recommend Quickbooks. It can be set up to be as simple or complex as you need it to be. And, it's geared for the average person. I have no proper accounting background, and it was easy enough for me to figure out.
