Without intelligence you cannot have wisdom.
Wisdom in being able to think before you act, weigh consequences and rewards, therefore making sound decisions in your life. Wisdom comes from experience- experience that was reflected upon (which requires intelligence). If you do not have the IQ points to realize your situations and that you have a choice in your life, then you cannot have wisdom.

Intelligence is the capacity to understand the world from a theoretical standpoint. Wisdom is knowing what to do with that intelligence in real life.

Wisdom is knowledge gained from experience and usually over age and maturity it is gained, and usually is typically a difficult issue learned with many answers, sometimes moral issues, etc. Intelligence is learned via sources like books and other similar mediums without usually real-life stimuli playing a part.

Intelligence is communicable, Wisdom is learned. You can't communicate wisdom, since decisions rendered with it depend on part experience, part instinct and part fact. Intelligence is simply spoken and shared. No thought required.
