There's no way. Your body is patient, it comsumes and then it needs time.
This whole fad is to make money.
I would say before anything else make sure what you're eating is truly healthy. It's a myth fat makes you fat.
Carrbs and sugar make you fat, along with chemicals, pesticides, drugs, and stress.

I followed this lifestyle when I was pregnant, I gained the average 45 pounds, when I left the hospital and maybe 1 month afterwards, I looked the same as before I got pregnant with of course, loose skin.
I am 5'4 and weigh 125. No one believed I had two kids. My baby is the happiest/healthiest baby I have ever seen.
Dr. Mercola knows his stuff and does his homework, this is rare .

Good luck

You are probably losing inches...however sometimes exercise (weight lifting and even running) will cause you to gain muscle therefore weight. As long as you are exercising and eating right, I am sure you are making progress. I would give myself closer to 12 weeks to lose 30 pounds. The healthiest way to lose weight is 1-2 pounds a week.

Try the natural route. I was listening to NPR the other day (a gentleman who tried this with his wife, wrote a book about this subject, I forget his name) and have read "natural remedy" books (Kevin Trudeau's "Natural Cures "They" Don't Want You To Know About" is good) and all have said the same thing: all of us carry around extra weight in our colons. The gentleman on the radio started with a 24 hour fast and for the rest of the week ate only raw, organic fruits and vegetables. It is important not to eat fast food and regular supermarket bought foods. I think he said that he and his wife lost 15 lbs. and felt so much better that after that (and still do) they changed their eating habits to mainly raw, organic foods. Also just walking regularly along with it, especially if your job or lifestyle during the week isn't very active (it stimulates your digestive and other normal bodily functions). Hope you give it a whirl. Typical "dieting" or starving yourself to lose weight isn't all that healthy.

You can crash diet but you have to stay on it or the minute you start eating normally again, you'll bloat. Cut off all fruits, juices, red meats, carbs and starches, sugars and dairy. Carbs turn into sugar which your body stores. Dairy is hard to digest. Fruit has a lot of sugar and carbs in it. Cut this all off, take some Hoodia supplements (they are miracle pills!) and watch the inches melt...but only until you go back to eating all that stuff again. BTW, Hoodia is completely safe and it is an appetite suppressent.

Anwser yourself these questions frist.
1. What is the event you need to lose this much weight?
2. How much family surport are you receving with reaching your goal? These two factors have alot to do with why you are not seeing results.
Don't put pressure on yourself to lose so much in a short period of time. Family should be very surportive of your goal if not just ingore them. these two factors casues more stress levels. make sure you are having fun while working out . exercise should be fun not a job. IT IS ALL MENTAL. THINK POSTIVE AND HAVE FUN DON'T PUT PRESSURE ON YOURSLEF.

it seems too short a time to lose that much weight in a healthy manner. You could starve yourself, but in the end that would backfire. You can't lose weight with exercise alone. You have to reduce calories. Fifteen to twenty pounds MIGHT be possible in 8 weeks, but even that would be challenging.

Try going to the doctor. They can double check if the reason you aren't losing weight is due to a medical reason. If it's not that, they can refer you to dietician. Make sure you are also doing aerobic (running, swimming) exercise as well or all the weights and sit ups wont do a thing.

If you're not cutting down on your caloric intake then that's why. You need to make sure you're taking in less calories then you're burning off in a day. You can't eat like a fat cow and expect to loose weight. Also, if you take medication that might be why.

Yes, I've done it. Replace 2 meals a day with Special K cereal and keep exercising.

Don't listen to the outrageous claims of diet pills and crash diets. They don't work, and they're not healthy. 30 lbs in 6-8 weeks sounds like one of em.
