In the Ecuator line. It's called like that because Ecuador is located precisely there, they even have a monument called "La Mitad del Mundo" that means the middle of the world.
This doesn't mean that Ecuador the country is the exact location of the middle of the planet, it is a line that goes around the whole planet at that location that divides the north and south hemispheres.
