I love to watch wrestling, and I know most of it is staged (the feuds, the title matches, the use of some key throws or holds, etc) but is it 100% staged? Is every single move, every single match pre-decided? Does every single wrestler in every single fight go in the ring knowing who is going to win and who isn't?

more or less the wrestling is impromptu acting in the ring and a general script is written and they follow that during interviews. over the years some of the script writers have actually wrestled like for instance Eric Bishop. but in answer to your question yes the outcome of the match is pre decided. but no matter how you slice it getting tossed off the top rope or getting body slammed hurts and for this reason i think thees guys are some of the toughest athletes in sports or entertainment however you want to call it.

The whole thing is staged. The only thing that isn't staged, is when someone forgets and misses a que, causing something to be a little more real then intended. These guys are in top condition for a reason. Ontop of weight training and other types of training, they reherse over and over, through all the injuries that they recieve in and out of the ring. That is why so many of them become hooked on pain killers. Chances are, if you don't see a wrestler for a while, and he isn't making a movie, then he is out with a seriouse injury. The rehersals are part of the reason that the show can last the whole scheduled time slot. You don't have to stop watching over all that though. After all, the chicks are still hot as hell.

not every single move is staged, they practice before a match what moves they will use, and sometimes tell each other on the ring which one they'll use next, but yes, all matches are pre-decided and they know who is supposed to win.

I believe this to be true. I grew up watchin WWE but when I start finding out all of was fake. I started to lose the love for it. But yes I think ALL of it is staged. They already know whos going to win before they do. They know whos going to come out and when to rescue they from gettin beat up. They know which move they're going to do and for how long. Its played out so very well it has to be pre planned or everything with be a total mix up.

Years ago when Dick the Brusier and Pepper Gomez were still around it was about 75% staged. Today it is about 100% staged. They all know everything that will happen they practice just like they were doing a movie.

Yeah. Storylines/outcomes of matches, all staged.

I think the only thing not staged would be injuries. People say wrestling is fake. But I would love to see them try it.

Just like the Day of Our Lives, a soap opera in a ring

Its 100% staged, the wrestlers all carrs SAG (screen actors guild) cards.

if you notice, when they clench, they mutter their next moves, and they slap their bodies and telegraph so they all know what is coming next.

watch UFC, then tell me WWE is not 100% scripted.
