I was at the point last weekend, it didn't cost $1544, so what's up kid.
With a discount you can get in for under $40. I drove from MI which is aprx. 250 miles round trip. That cost me $70 for gas. I spent the night for $150.
Did you ask help from friends and family? are you flying in from another country?
I don't save that much in a year (and I make 3 times that in a month)!
Real life sucks, but I wish you much luck

Well, if your parents won't help, I suggest offering yourself as a laborer to people in your neighborhood. There are all the normal things; walk dogs, rake leaves, mow yards, that sort of thing. Offer to fetch their mail and newspapers when they go out of town. You're probably too young to babysit, and you probably feel too old to set up a lemonade stand. And you are almost certainly too young to get a real job, even if your parents would sign off on it, due to child labor laws.
Depending on how many people in your neighborhood are willing to hire you (it may help to explain why you are trying to earn the money), you may try to work out a compromise with your parents. See if they'll accept some sort of equal payment plan. For instance, say you mow the next door neighbors yard, and earn $20. Because you earned that $20, your parents would pitch in $20. If you earned $5 walking the dog across the street, your parents pitch in another $5 to go with it. That way, they're not paying for that hugely expensive trip, you're earning it and learning the value of money, and neither of you has to come up with it right away.

Do you have your parents permission?
Will you be under an adults supervision at all times?
Do you know right from wrong?
Can you trust the people you are going with not to get you in any trouble or hurt you in any way?
If you can answer "Yes" to all the above start selling lemonade and newspapers.

I don't think you will be able to make that much, ask for help from parents, and as for ways to make money, you actually have to do work, and stuff that isn't fun.
Cut lawns for people, babysit, dogwalk, whatever it takes.
