George Bush and God would win in a tie.
Bush would burn the comic book containing Superman and then he would go to Church and tell God he loves Him and God of course already loves W. (pronounced dubya)

I think that God would win. Superman has his powers and would easily defeat Bush. God would then get all the Christians to fight for him. Combined, all the Christians in the world would be able to defeat Superman, especially if they have Kryptonite.

First off, this is an impossible thing. Why would God fight Superman (who isn't real) and George Bush?
Second off, if it actually did happen, which it wouldn't, it would be God, of course, because he is stronger than anyone. or anything. He is God!

George Bush looks like a panty-waist to me...
so
SUPERMAN would win I think- due to the fact that he may be an active participate in a fight and that he has superhuman abilities.
